The Greatest Commandment

Matthew 12:33-35 By our words we'll be justified and by our words we'll be condemned. Out of the mouth the heart speaks. Even a skilled person can guard his tongue until an unguarded moment, then what's really in you comes out. Mark 7:18 What comes out of our mouth makes us unclean. In the new covenant we have the commandments in our heart. Deuteronomy 6:5 Our Master said in Matthew 22:37 the greatest of the commandments is to love Elohim with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. Whenever we sin we've got to confess that we didn't love our God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength and say we sinned, it was an act of not loving You. If we do confess and renounce it we'll find mercy. How we teach our children as we walk and talk to them, training them is the father's responsibility. The command is in Deuteronomy 5:9. If we're not loving them we're hating them. If we're passing on the sins of our parents to our children, He'll visit the transgressions of the fathers to the third and fourth generations. If we are not loving Him we hate Him. John 14:21,15 There is no middle ground. If we're not diligent to discipline our children, we hate them. Your sins will be passed down to the third and fourth generations.

He doesn't care what you say with your mouth if we're not obedient to Him. If we love Him we obey Him. If we don't love our Father we won't obey Him and discipline our children and our sins will be punished to the third and fourth generations. If we love them we cut off their sins. The male child can not be raised up any other way.

When we've sinned and are not loving our brother and sister, we confess we weren't loving our Father with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. It's very serious to be a disciple. John 12:26 You're a servant. Where I am My servant will be also. Wherever I am My Father will honor anyone who serve Me. John 12:25

The Heart of the World

Rush Limbaugh is a fool and anyone who listens to him becomes a fool. You're in sin if you listen to him. You'll be just like him, worldly, a fool. He has a good listening because of his political slant but he still has disrespect. We're to honor the king, not tear him down. He should be praying for the president instead of lambasting him all the time. (A man came in the café and said, "How's that man who moved back east? I can't remember his name. The one who really likes Rush Limbaugh?)

Deuteronomy 29:29 It's the secret things that are spoken to us that we live off of. The break of heaven is what's whispered in our ear.

Rose - I see why loving our God with all our heart, all our soul, all our mind, and all our strength is the greatest commandment and why anything short of that is sin. If we don't love Him with all our heart then there's room in our heart for other loves to come in. This is idolatry, love of the world, adultery, etc., etc. If we don't love Him with all our soul, then there's room in our emotions, our intellect, and our will to go astray in our thoughts, being stubborn, etc., etc… If we don't love Him with all our mind we're double minded and we'll be tossed around like a wave of the sea. Doubt will overtake us and every other evil. If we don't love Him with all our strength, we'll be lazy and won't walk in the works He has planned for us. We may draw on other sources of strength and serve Him in our flesh. This seems to cover every possible ground. It's a relationship of the heart.

Jeremiah - You can't serve two masters at once. (Rush Limbaugh talks bad about the president, be he even talked bad about President Bush. He just thinks he's right. The world loves themselves.)

Yoneq - You love one and hate the other because you love it less. No one who loves mother more than Me is worthy to be My disciple. You love your mother less. Any outside influence. Some fall into rote in the sacrifice. It tests whether you love our God with all your heart.

If we read 1 John right it'll connect us to our Master so we can love Him with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. The love of God has been poured out in our hearts. We can't love him if we don't have the Holy Spirit. If we don't treat our brothers and sisters right, we're not loving Him with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. We act like rhinoceros', insensitive beasts. If we mistreat one another that shows we don't love God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. We walk around banging into everything being quite insensitive and we don't even feel anything. We go to the love feast, etc. We can't have this insensitive beast. He's given us His Spirit. We're extensions of our Master. II Peter 1:9-11 They've forgotten that they've been forgiven for their past sins. We've been bought with a price, taken away from the power of evil. II Peter 1:5-8 How we progress from verse 6 on. If we're not increasing in these things we're not progressing. Proverbs 28:13 If we have hidden sin that's not being dealt with, we're not progressing or prospering. That's why Israel had one day a year to afflict themselves to really judge themselves. If they sacrificed animals and their sins did not transfer, they didn't have a good conscience, they had to go to death anyway. Those who died with a good conscience waited in Abraham's bossom till Yahshua led a train of captives to paradise. There can't be one ounce of sin in us. Non undecteced. We have each other and the covenant. See to it that no one misses grace. If one is missing grace, they're in sin. We're living for one another, loving one another as Yahshua loved us, in order to help each other. If we don't do that we're not saved. A disciple is one who loves one another as He loved us. Do you care what your brother goes through? There's an underground in the youth. Yes. They're going to the second death because they claim to see but do not see. It's the same as Numbers 15:31; John 9:4 Try to hide your brothers sins and don't expose them. It's still going on. They're flipping on the radio and listening to country music. They're going to the second death. They're worshipping an evil spirit. They're not loving God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength. Only Christians do both. If we do both we aren't saved. We don't have the Holy Spirit. 1 John 3:9 If we sin, you're of the devil. Knowing your brother is in sin and not doing something about it is sin. The Holy Spirit wouldn't let us do it. When temptation comes say get behind me Satan. I don't belong to you. I've been bought with a price. My flesh is dead. Let's help one another. Help the youth. You're growing into manhood and womanhood. What you're like the others will be like.

Rachel - I'm so thankful for hearing about loving our God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. I've not been that way lately but I want to be that way. I grumbled about the laundry room, why do people leave it such a mess? My husband came home at 3:30 a.m., thankful, and all I did was grumble. I saw where I was at. I get so busy I don't take time to pray. I wait till I'm finished with this or that, then I take a few minutes. But something's gnawing inside at me, I know something's wrong.

Yoneq - It's hard when you've been trying as hard as you can to make order and others mess it up. They're like insensitive rhinceros'. They're going to have to be judged for it.

Let's give our bodies as a living sacrifice to love Him with all our heart, mind, soul and strength that will burn all day long. Walk in the light as He is in the light. Then we'll have a sensitive heart and not an insensitive heart. We will know what's going on. I Corinthians 2:14 We're not natural or carnal. We're spiritual. We've got to be in the spirit to do all that.

Some prayers that were offered up:

Ben David - Father give us the diligence to put into practice the things heard today and not just be hearers.

Amatz - Thank You that I can grow up straight in Israel.

Chetz Barur - I pray we could have a strong character to stand up for what we know is right and not be whimpy and insensitive beasts.

Phillipians 4:4-7 Rejoice in Yahshua, delight, again I say rejoice. Psalm 37:4 Let everyone know and recognize, and perceive your gentleness (strength under control), your unselfishness, your consideration, your forbearing spirit. Yahshua is near. DO NOT FRET, HAVE ANY ANXIETY, do not worry about anything. If we worry about something we're not loving our Master with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. Is so we have to confess not loving Him. That ends it right there. We better obey it. If not we don't love our Master. If we do, peace comes over us. But in every circumstance everything by prayer, and petition, with thanksgiving continue to make your requests, what you would be anxious about, known, then the peace, the tranquil state of your soul, fearing nothing from anyone, and the peace that trancends all understanding will guard your heart. Guard over one another today and remind one another of these things. He's got it all under control. Let our requests and needs be know.

The sun went down. That means we're all clean. There's no sin in us. Our sins are forgiven. They won't internalize. We won't wake up in the morning with a heavy weight of guilt. Disciples make sure they don't let the sun go down on their anger or resentment or anything. It would defile the sacrifice. They'[re not that kind of people. We offer up our lamb. If we go on sinning willfully there no longer remains a sacrifice for sin. If we do that; we have to confess not loving our Father with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. That's why we sin. If we love Him with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, we wouldn't sin. We have to renounce our sinful, evil inclination.

Ephesians 5 We see in the Holy Spirit be imitators of God as beloved children, walk in love just as Messiah loved. You spend your life loving one another as Messiah loved us…not letting any sin be named among you, but rather the giving of thanks, being grateful for all He's done for you. This displaces filthiness and jesting. These don't fit into the kingdom. They're not fitting. Let no one deceive you. If we can't obey these commands we haven't received the Holy Spirit. If we don't we either don't know Him or don't love Him…and we'll be cut off. We don't want to be that kind of people. Don't let the sun go down on our anger. That's why we have the morning and evening sacrifices. We're looking forward to the day of atonement to afflict ourselves so we can really judge ourselves.

Colossians 1 He's qualified us to share in the inheritance of the Saints in light. I Thessalonians 4:18 In every circumstance, everything you do, give thanks. It will displace frustration, foul mouth. This is today, all sins are forgiven, passed away. If we can remember to give thanks for everything when you go through a hard time give thanks and it will help us. Then confess we didn't obey because we didn't love Him with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. We were living in sin and we can't go on till we confess and forsake it. We can lift our body as a sacrifice because we're not living for ourself but for Him. Be thankful we're no longer under the death sentence, we can have our sins removed.

The gates of hell will not prevail against the Edah as long as we put on our full armor to withstand the fiery darts of our enemy.

His name will be great on the earth because we don't let the sun come up or go down on our anger,. on our state of sin. If we don't treat each other as extentions of Messiah, our mind is on the flesh not on the Spirit, we'll fade away and die. We won't prosper not receive mercy, confessing and renouncing our sin. We're living in a state of seperation, a state of not loving our God. We want to make His name great, honor Him and live for Him and love our brothers. I Peter 1:8, 22 is the story of loving Him with all your heart, mind, soul and strength. It's brought right into the new covenant. Let's obey that and live.

Love one another deeply from the heart. That's the command to obey. The first is to love your Savior with all your heart, mind, soul and strength and receive His love in your heart. I Peter 4:8,10 says almost the same thing we must do to maintain that constant love. Like good stewards of the manifold grace of God…Serve one another. This is how His body is propagated and maintained (verse 11) from the rising of the sun to the setting His name will be great. He taught us to pray this way. Yahshua has joined Himself to this name. Only if we live this way will this prayer come bout. We need to incorporate this prayer into our morning and evening sacrifices. Different people can pray different parts of it. (Let your name be glorified on the earth, deliver us from evil…) What if we're actually praying that? His life would be great. Where is our daily bread going to come from?

ha-emeq - We pray that our Father would give us the food we need for today, for strength, not for drunkeness. Every morning you have the strength you need for the day to get up, put your feet on the floor and walk in the deeds He's prepared for us.

But we need the food He's providing for us to give us strength to walk in those deeds. A lazy person lays there. He doesn't want to live in those deeds. He just mopes around with his hands in his pockets. To love Him with all our strength, is to love Him with the strength He provides His people to do His will, not just our own strength but the strength He gave us to do His will, His works. That's why the proverbs are so full of warnings against drunkeness and dissipation.
